1960 66 - Academy of Fine Arts and Design, Bratislava (prof. Jozef Kostka)
1989 founds the group Gerulata
1990 – 2009 teaches at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design
1992 appointed as a Professor
2003 monography Juraj Meliš by Katarína Bajcurová and Ivan Jančár issued
2016 Died in Bratislava, 22. 11.
